BETTER COACHES. BETTER ATHLETES. STRONGER NETBALL.

Challenge your thinking. Expand your knowledge. Elevate your coaching.

Great coaching doesn't happen by accident. It's developed through knowledge, experience, reflection and a willingness to keep learning.

Netball X brings together passionate coaches, experienced mentors and some of the game's most accomplished coaching minds for three days of practical learning, meaningful conversations and professional growth.

The Coach Development stream is about more than adding drills to your coaching toolkit. It's about developing the understanding, confidence and capability to become a more effective coach, regardless of where you currently sit in your coaching journey.

Across three days, you'll explore the technical, tactical and human elements of coaching through interactive workshops, practical on-court learning, observation, mentoring and collaborative discussion.

You'll be challenged to think about why you coach the way you do, how you create environments that support genuine athlete development, and how you can better recognise, communicate and respond to the needs of your players.

From planning effective training sessions and developing fundamental skills to tactical understanding, decision-making, feedback and athlete management, Netball X is designed to connect coaching theory with real-world application. And perhaps most importantly, you'll learn alongside other coaches. Sharing experiences, asking questions and hearing different perspectives are powerful parts of coach development.

Netball X creates opportunities to connect with others who share your commitment to learning and improving. Whether your ambition is to become more effective with your current team or progress towards higher coaching levels, the goal is the same: to leave with greater confidence, deeper understanding and practical knowledge you can immediately apply.

The Residential Experience takes that development even further.

Some of the most valuable learning happens outside the formal sessions. Through shared meals, informal discussions and exclusive opportunities to connect with experienced coaching mentors, the Residential Experience provides additional time and space to exchange ideas, ask questions and reflect on your own coaching journey.

It's an opportunity to immerse yourself in an environment of people who share your passion for netball, build meaningful professional connections and continue the conversations long after the workshops finish.

Challenge your thinking. Expand your knowledge. Elevate your coaching.

All coaching levels are welcome. A commitment to development is what matters.

The Netball X Coach Development stream is designed for coaches who are passionate about improving their craft and making a meaningful difference to the athletes they work with.

Whether you're an emerging coach building your foundations, an experienced club or representative coach seeking new perspectives, or an accredited coach aspiring to progress further along the performance pathway, Netball X provides an opportunity to learn, reflect and grow.

You don't need to be coaching at an elite level to benefit. What matters is a willingness to learn, challenge your thinking, share ideas and take responsibility for your own development.

Participants should arrive ready to engage, contribute and embrace the opportunity to learn from both experienced mentors and fellow coaches.
